Frequent Asks Questions
Evidence-based Psychoeducation coaching is a process that combines research, practical models, education and coaching to help individuals understand and manage their emotions, behaviors, and thoughts. It’s not therapy or counseling, but a supportive process that empowers individuals with knowledge and skills to improve their quality of life.
While therapy and counseling often focus on diagnosing and treating mental health disorders, our coaching program is focused on teaching skills and strategies to help teens manage their emotions, improve their self-esteem, and enhance their quality of life. It’s important to note that our coaching program is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment
There are 2 types of packages, both lasting 13-12 weeks. Please see the ‘product page’ for more details. Side note: Many students choose to remain continuously enrolled and repeat the modules to stay in the community and to have a weekly foundation for staying in practice with the skills.
